Ashleigh Moore pieces are made to order in our Sydney workshop and take approximately 4-6 weeks to ship. 

Where a delay in the production of your piece may occur due to supply chain issues, our team will be in contact to update you on shipping timeframes.

We understand sometimes you may need your piece sooner then our production timeframe. Please get in touch with our studio if you have an earlier deadline and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

On occasion Ready to Ship items will be placed on our online store. These will be shipped after purchase within 3 business days.

All pieces are sent via Australia Post Express. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

Australian Orders

Shipping options available at checkout include:

Australia Post Express - $20 flat rate. This service requires a signature on delivery.

Australia Post Express with Insurance - $75 flat rate. Covers pieces up to $2000 and requires a signature on delivery.

DHL - $30 flat rate. This is a courier service and requires signature on delivery.

All tracking information will be provided to the customer once the item has been sent.

New Zealand Orders

Shipping options available at checkout include:

Australia Post International Express - $45 flat rate. This service requires a signature on delivery.

Australia Post International Express with insurance - $95 flat rate. Covers pieces up to $2000 and requires a signature on delivery.

DHL International - $115 flat rate. This is a courier service and requires signature on delivery.

Tax and duties are not included and may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery.

All tracking information will be provided to the customer once your item has been sent.

International Orders
