Returns and Exchanges
At Ashleigh Moore our customers and their shopping experience is greatly valued. With all pieces currently being made to order, we ask you please get in contact with any queries you have about a piece before making your purchase as refunds will not be accepted at this time.
Credit notes and exchanges due to change of mind will be offered on collection pieces within 7 days of of confirmed delivery date. Exclusions apply on:
Bespoke commissions
Pieces which have had customisation/personalisation away from the original design at the request of the customer
Earrings due to hygiene reasons
If you would like an exchange or credit note, all jewellery and objects must be returned in their original, unworn condition and must be packaged in the original, protective packaging.
Items can not be exchanged if they have been worn or show signs of wear. If items are damaged, not in their original saleable condition or show signs of wear, they will be returned back to the customer at their own expense.
All Credit Notes are valid for 12 months. If you seek a return or exchange, please contact Ashleigh Moore at studio@ashleighmoore.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Postage and insurance of your piece to our workshop will be at the expense and responsibility of the customer.
Resizing
We understand that not everyone knows their ring size. Therefore we urge all Ashleigh Moore customers to visit a local jeweller and have their size measured. You can also purchase a ring sizing kit from our website here.
If you require your ring to be resized, please contact us at studio@ashleighmoore.com to arrange this. Resizes of rings up to one size larger or smaller within one month of delivery will be at no cost to the customer. After this time a nominal fee will apply. Please get in contact with us for all resizing fees and queries.
Some of our pieces are unable to be resized due to stones being set into the bands. If this is the case and your ring size is too big or small, we are able to offer a size exchange on core collection pieces however this will take approximately 4 weeks as your exchange will be made to order. Please get in contact with our studio for fees associated with a size exchange.
Size exchanges cannot be offered on one of a kind or bespoke pieces.

Damage and Faults
All Ashleigh Moore items go through a strict quality control process before they leave our workshop. However if a fault occurs, we will happily repair, exchange or refund the piece within 3 months of being notified of the fault. If you notice a fault, please contact us and include the following information:
Original Proof of Purchase
Photograph of the faulty item and description of fault
Before a refund or exchange is issued, the piece will be inspected at our workshop.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All Ashleigh Moore items should be handled carefully. Each purchase comes with product care information that should be followed. If you have any questions regarding the care of your item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
